Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data section provides various functions for data management, including a table showing the data, reports, gallery, downloads, and map functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"v-team-members-ea6596a6-1bb7-45f2-895d-962b4fb5fa08\">v. Team members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section shows all the team members of a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kobo-toolbox-reporting-feature-402f540a-f8e3-44e0-8c45-a4db0276dbd6\">Kobo Toolbox reporting feature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kobo Toolbox has a reporting feature that displays descriptive reports of the data collected. There are two types of reports available in Kobo Toolbox: default reports and custom reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"i-default-reports-73429990-374e-4234-922a-8536e1e514bc\">&nbsp;i.&nbsp;Default reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The default report shows the reports for each question in the class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ii-custom-reports-edaa9576-531c-46bb-be56-20a1b056ba91\">ii.&nbsp;Custom reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom reports show the reports of the questions selected by the user. Hence, a user can specify the questions they would like to display in the reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the example below, only the demographic and mHealth experience-related questions have been selected, hence the report only shows charts and statistics for the demographic and mHealth experience questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To create a custom report, click on the + sign next to the default report button.
